Home Loan & Accounting Services
A modern website for a combined home loan and accounting firm — with SEO, a public tutorial event system, and email + calendar registration that turns first-time visitors into long-term clients.
The client offered two high-trust, high-consideration services — home loans and accounting — under one roof. Their previous website was generic, outdated, and ranked for nothing. Beyond the design problem, they had no way to educate prospective clients at scale: their advisors were spending hours on introductory calls with people who weren't yet ready to engage. The key insight was that their biggest conversion driver wasn't a better contact form — it was demonstrating expertise before the sale. They regularly ran in-person financial education workshops but had no system to promote them, handle registrations, or follow up attendees.
We designed a clean, authoritative website that clearly separates the home loan and accounting service lines — each with dedicated landing pages, client-facing FAQs, and team profiles built for local SEO. The centrepiece of the build was a public tutorial event system. The client manages upcoming workshops directly through a simple admin interface. Visitors register with a single form; Resend immediately fires a branded confirmation email with full event details and a one-click 'Add to Google Calendar' link. Reminder emails go out 48 hours and 1 hour before each event automatically. The SEO strategy targeted high-intent local keywords: suburb-level home loan broker terms and small business accounting queries. Fast Core Web Vitals and a consistent content publishing cadence were the main levers.
The website ranked on page 1 for target local keywords within 10 weeks of launch. Inbound enquiries from organic search increased significantly within the first quarter — the client attributed several new mortgage settlements and accounting engagements directly to the website. The tutorial event system proved to be an unexpected growth driver. Workshop attendees converted to paying clients at a far higher rate than cold website visitors, because they arrived already educated and trusting the team's expertise. The client now runs monthly events as a core part of their client acquisition strategy.
